BBA and PROSPERITY BANK Invite you to our Holiday Party and officer installation.

Dear BBA Members,

Our annual BBA Holiday Party and officer installation is just a few days away. It is generously sponsored by Prosperity Bank and is sure to be a fun event. The holiday party is free for all members and will take place Monday, December 4th from 5:00-8:00 at the Centerpoint Community Center (located above the Bellaire Family Aquatic Center) at 7001 5th Street, Bellaire, TX 77401. We ask that attendees please RSVP for the event no later than Friday, December 1st.

The following is the slate of Directors and Officers proposed by the Nominating Committee to serve beginning January 1, 2024.

Nominees for BBA officers for 2024 are:

Nominees for Board of Directors, three-year terms ending December 2026, are:

Other nominations of qualified candidates may be made from the floor by any voting member, provided consent of the nominee has been secured in advance. The election shall be a majority of the voice votes cast at the meeting.
